Schengen cover letter generator
The cover letter is the one page the visa officer reads first, and the one most applicants get wrong: too long, too vague, or copied from a template that doesn't match their file. This tool writes a clear, honest letter from your actual details.

One honest sentence about what brings you back: job, family, property, studies. This directly addresses the officer's main question.
Three rules a good cover letter follows.
One page, no story-telling. The officer reads hundreds of files a day. State who you are, where you're going, who's paying, and why you'll come back, then stop. Emotional appeals and long histories weaken a file, they don't strengthen it.
Every claim must match a document. If the letter says your employer approved leave, the leave letter must be in the file. If it names a sponsor, the sponsor's bank proof must be enclosed. The letter is a map of your file, not a substitute for it.
Never invent anything. No fake employer, no inflated salary, no imaginary property. Consulates verify, and a single false line can mean a refusal that follows you for years. This tool only formats what you tell it, keep it real.
Next, pair this with the itinerary builder and your country checklist.
